NAVA pH Decreaser lowers pH levels to prevent scale formation and cloudy water. It is safe, easy to use, and will lower your pH to the recommended level of 7.2 to 7.6 when used as directed. If your pH levels are high (basic), this may cause scale information and discoloration of pool walls, cloudy water, inefficient filtration, or eye irritation. If your pH levels are too low, this can cause chlorine in your pool to be over active. NAVA pH Decreaser reduces stress on your equipment.

Directions for Use:

  • 1. Scatter NAVA pH Decreaser over the pool surface
  • 2. Keep the circulation pump running
  • 3. Check pH levels of water 2 hours after use
  • 4. Repeat treatment is necessary

When pH leves are above normal range of 7.2 to 7.6, please do the following:

  • Keep the pump running, distribute the pH Increaser into the deep end of the pool.

pH level 7.8 to 8.0:

  • Add 1 oz per 2,500 gallons
  • Add 2 oz per 5,000 gallons
  • Add 4 oz per 10,000 gallons
  • Add 8 oz per 20,000 gallons

pH level 8.0 to 8.4:

  • Add 2 oz per 2,500 gallons
  • Add 4 oz per 5,000 gallons
  • Add 8 oz per 10,000 gallons
  • Add 16 oz per 20,000 gallons

pH level above 8.4:

  • Add 3 oz per 2,500 gallons
  • Add 6 oz per 5,000 gallons
  • Add 12 oz per 10,000 gallons
