We need to verify a few things before continuing with your safety cover purchase for your inground pool:

• The size and shape of the pool are exactly as ordered.
  • Please note: Measure from water’s edge, not coping.
• The pool does or does not have a step section that extends from the perimeter of the pool itself.
  • Example of this would be a rectangle 20x40 foot pool with a 4x8 center end step.
• There is a minimum of 3 feet of concrete decking surrounding the pool.
• There are no obstructions within 18 inches of the pool's perimeter, that are non-removable.
• Have you had a prior safety cover? If so, we aren't capable of matching the strap placement with your existing anchors.

If the cover is ordered incorrectly, it will void the manufacturer's warranty on the product. Stock safety covers returned within the first 14 days of purchase that are in new and unused condition, and have not been removed from the box, will have a 20% restocking fee deducted from the refund. Any stock safety cover return received 15-30 days after the date of purchase, or covers that have been taken out of the box, are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Any stock safety covers that have been placed on a pool as well as ALL Custom safety covers are not returnable and are non-refundable.
